Are formulas recalculated?
Stored formula results are displayed, but formulas are not recalculated in the browser.
Is the text in the resulting PDF selectable or searchable?
No — each worksheet is rendered as an image and placed onto the PDF page, so you can't select, search or copy the text afterward; treat it as a snapshot of your spreadsheet.
How many rows fit on each PDF page?
Up to 28 rows per page. Longer sheets are automatically split across multiple pages, labeled like "Sheet1 (2/3)" so you know which part you're looking at.
Does my original cell formatting — colors, bold text, borders — carry over?
Not exactly. The tool applies its own clean styling (a bold header row and alternating row shading) rather than reproducing your workbook's original fonts, colors or borders.
