The card pattern flags any run of 13-19 digits grouped with spaces or dashes, and the IBAN pattern flags two letters, two digits and up to 30 more alphanumeric characters — both are shape-based, so they can also flag other long numbers that happen to fit the pattern.
What does the bracketed label in the copied text mean?
Each detected item is replaced with a tag like [EMAIL] or [IBAN] showing what was found there, so you can copy the cleaned text without manually deleting anything.
